Tuba local government unit is seeking exemption for the payment of subdivision fees of private individuals or entities donating their lots to local government units.
Tuba council crafted Resolution Number 4 series 2011 requesting the Department of Environment and Natural Resources Secretary Ramon Paje to consider the appeal for exemption.
Being sought are exemption from payment of subdivision fees and original survey of lots intended for public use.
The provincial board in their regular session held recently favorably endorsed the Tuba measure through a resolution addressed to the DENR Secretary for appropriate action.
The request for exemption for payment of fees and other burdens has been the clamor of donors and prospective donors of lots for public purpose, the provincial resolution reads. (PIA CAR/Benguet)
